As part of our consultation packages, we offer revision rounds to accommodate changes or adjustments to the design, materials, or specifications. Minor Adjustments, such as a change in upholstery fabric or hardware. These revisions typically involve straightforward modifications that can be accommodated with minimal impact on the overall design and production process. Moderate Adjustments: more significant alterations to the design or dimensions of the furniture piece. These revisions may involve additional design work, measurement modifications, material sourcing, or production adjustments to fulfill the client's revised specifications. Major Adjustments: These revisions often involve significant modifications to the original concept and may require additional time and resources to implement effectively. Our goal is to provide fair and transparent pricing that reflects the time, effort, and resources required to accommodate our clients' specific needs while ensuring the highest quality standards in every custom furniture project. Cancellation Policy
There are no penalties for canceling or rescheduling appointments within the specified notice period. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with all the details of your appointment. In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative appointment time that suits your schedule.
